People in Holyoke have been playing soccer for more than 125 years. Clubs like the Rangers, Clan MacClaren and Farr Alpaca competed against teams in the Pioneer Valley and beyond. This talk traces the early history of the sport in the city including the region’s first professional club – the Holyoke Falcos.
