This class is for those who have never taken yoga or have taken very little. This beginner’s class in the Hatha style introduces students to the asana (posture) practice. This class begins to explain and explore the fundamentals of yoga postures, breathing, alignment, and relaxation. Our teachers provide slow and steady guidance, allowing our students to feel comfortable and confident as they build their own yoga practice.
