The textile collection housed at the Wistariahurst Museum includes a wide variety of clothing, household linens, decorations, accessories
and even clothing for dolls. The collection houses items from the 1830s to 1970s. The collection is made up of donations over the years, starting with the Skinner family’s clothing and household items. All the clothing was either made by Skinner Silks and Satins or worn by a resident of Holyoke, MA.
