Wistariahurst Museum is a unique location for wedding ceremonies. In the style of Italian Renaissance and complete with a musician’s gallery, the music room holds up to 120 guests. The cost includes 3 hours for use of the museum, including time for photos. If additional time is requested, it is $100 for each hour. The museum provides seating as well as the set-up of the room. A minimum deposit of fifty percent of the anticipated fee must be paid in advance to hold the date. The balance is due two weeks before the wedding. $950
Mansion Ceremony and Cocktail Reception
The Music Room is the perfect setting for a ceremony of up to 100 guests followed by a cocktail reception for 2 hours (booking is four hours total). Food and beverage service may take place in the gracious Breakfast and Dining Rooms of the mansion or out in the beautiful gardens. $1,800
Reserve the museum for up to one hour to rehearse prior to the day of your ceremony. This opportunity allows individuals to familiarize themselves with the mansion before the event takes place. Rehearsals also serve as a practice session for any musicians that would like to test acoustics before the day of the ceremony. $100
Elegant Photo Sessions
Wistariahurst Museum is a graceful backdrop for photo sessions. Our beautiful music room, library and elegant staircase are just some of the lovely locations where you can capture the memory of your special day. A minimum deposit of fifty percent of the anticipated fee must be paid in advance to hold the date and time. The cost includes up to 1 hour for use of the museum and grounds. $200 ($100 for each additional hour)
Photo Rain Back-Up Reservations
May be made only in the case of rain in which the Museum will be used. This deposit of $100 is non-refundable, with a $100 balance due if used. We ask that you book at least two weeks in advance. Please provide a 48-hour notice phone call concerning confirmation of whether or not you need our facility.
Please be aware that Wistariahurst is a museum and is used for many purposes; from time
to time the rooms may change and/or exhibits may be displayed throughout the museum including the music room. No provisions can be made to adjust these exhibits. Also, please note that the museum allows photo sessions to overlap so that more than one couple has the opportunity to capture photographs of their special day.
Please note: Any payment to Wistariahurst Museum for ceremonies, receptions, and photo sessions are non-refundable.
