Complete this form to inquire about hosting an event at Wistariahurst Museum! Arts events, workshops, and ticketed events should complete this form. Private gatherings and weddings should complete our private event form, or contact our Event Coordinator, Rachel Buenaventura, at [email protected].
All forms will be reviewed and evaluated by Wistariahurst staff. If selected, Wistariahurst will provide the following to support your event:

One press release sent to Wistariahurst’s press contact list
One social media post to our Instagram and Facebook
One Eventbrite event created (if the event organizer does not handle their own ticketing)
Posting the event on the following websites/ community calendars:
-Hartford Courant
-Daily Hampshire Gazette/ Valley Advocate
-Valley Arts Newsletter (if arts event)
-Explore Holyoke
-Bloom Local
-Valley Creates
Providing at least (1) volunteer to oversee the event. The volunteer will keep guests from wandering, direct them to facilities, and open/ close the museum. They will not be responsible for running the event.
Providing necessary tables, chairs, tablecloths, and supplies if they are requested by the event organizer and if Wistariahurst has the capacity to provide them.
This form is not equivalent to booking an event. This form serves as an inquiry that a member of Wistariahurst's staff will tend to in a timely fashion. Wistariahurst looks forward to getting back to you so we can help facilitate your event if it is within our capacity.
